Covid-19 update


Important update - with effect from midnight on 16th October 2020, Essex County (with the exception of Southend and Thurrock) will enter Tier 2 - alert level HIGH. Read the reasons for this change and how it will affect you HERE

Following the National Government Guidelines, all Parish Council meetings will for the foreseeable future be held remotely using Zoom, if you would like to attend a meeting, please contact the Clerk for joining details.

The Parish Council will wind down the Covid - 19 Action Group with effect from 31st July 2020. Please see HERE a letter from Cllr Dougherty explaining how to obtain further help if required.

The play area and adult gym equipment has now been reopened. All users are requested to respect social distancing and to sanitize hands before and after using the equipment.

The Colchester Borough Council elections that were due to take place on 7th May 2020 have now been postponed until 2021.

With effect from 8th June 2020, CBC are trialing a different method for residents to obtain recycling equipment, you can read about this HERE. With effect from 22nd June, all refuse and recycling collections will return to normal, view the current calendar HERE
